Support for our workforce development programs is provided through numerous sources and is administered through the Construction Education Foundation (CEF). The CEF was created in 2002 and is a 501c3 funding organization. The CEF mission is to create and administer programs to recruit, develop and educate a diverse group of workers into today’s and tomorrow’s construction industry. CEF offers companies, foundations, and private individuals the opportunity to be involved with workforce development efforts that build a strong community and economy in Colorado.
