YOUR PATHWAY TO A CAREER IN CONSTRUCTION

Step 1: Enter the industry through a CEF program:

Step 2: Get hired by an employer/union of your choice

Step 3: Prove your value to your employer/union

Step 4: Select apprenticeship of interest funded by your employer/union

Step 5: Begin apprenticeship and earn while you learn

Step 6: If desired, continue post-secondary education – earn college credit towards a degree

Step 7: Earn promotions throughout your career…

  • Journeyman
  • Foreman
  • Field Engineer/Construction Management (College Degree required)
